How can I register for the conference?
You can register online on this site by clicking the BOOK NOW button.
Will I receive a confirmation?
A confirmation email will be sent to the contact address provided on your completed Booking Form.
How many delegates will be attending the conference?
Approximately 350 delegates, exhibitors and sponsors will attend the conference.
What languages will be used at the conference?
CIETT 2012 will be held in English ONLY.

Are there discounts on multiple registrations?
Multiple booking discounts are available (registrants must be from the same organisation); please call 020 7880 6225 for more information.
When do I need to pay for the conference?
All bookings must be paid for at time of registration.
How can I pay for the conference?
Payment for conference tickets is by credit/debit cards. If you wish to send a cheque
(please make cheques payable to Redactive Events Limited) please email either marie.ricot@redactive.co.uk or lindsay.mcclenaghan@redactive.co.uk.
When will I receive joining instructions for the conference?
All joining instructions will be sent, via email, 2 weeks prior to the event. Information
regarding the programme, workshops, venue and accommodation can be found on
this site in due course.
What are your cancellation and substitution policies?
Cancellations made before 24 February 2012 will be subject to a 100% refund.
Cancellations made after 24 February but before 22 April will be subject to a 50% refund. Where cancellations are made after 22 April, the full fee will be charged.
Substitutions may be made at any time. Full details are available when booking.
When will I receive my delegate pack and conference badge?
You will receive these at the Registration Desk on the day you attend the Conference.

What should I wear?
The dress code is 'business attire'. There is airconditioning at the hotel, so a 'layered' approach is best.
Special requests
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any special dietary or access needs.
It may not be possible to fulfil any requests made on the day of the Conference.
